Im Material. Series. Digital Photographs 2022 - current
The "Im Material" series. I rephotograph my past, present and in-progress paintings and drawings in nonstandard ways. Detaching the works from their original content and form, I mine the images for never noticed details, overlooked meanings and unexplored possibilities. In the "Im Material" series, I treat p representations of my work, whole or in part, simply as raw material to be reimagined and reshaped in the creation of fully independent, new digital artworks.
